I reached out to Sarah for my wedding after she was referred to me from a friend and my sister in law who had both used her as their florist. They both said she was amazing to work with and they liked her personally just as much as they did professionally. I found out that out super quick as well.
I felt like we were friends. She’s super professional and great at communicating. Her responses were always within 24 hours and she would send pics and updates via email. With other vendors, I’d go weeks without hearing from them or I’d have to reach out several times to get a response. With Sarah, I never had to worry what was happening, or if we were on track with the timeline or budget.
Floral is important but it’s easy to get swept away. I didn’t really know what was too much or not enough. But one thing I loved about her (I mean I loved everything) but what I loved most was that she helped me build a wishlist with everything I could possibly want and built me out a proposal. From there we were able to take things off until we found something I felt comfortable with. She listened to what was most important to me, and made sure every dollar counted where it mattered most. I know friends who’ve spent 3x as much as I did, so I was nervous that we wouldn’t have enough. But when I saw it in person I thought “wow. This is so much better than anything I pictured or found on Pinterest.” We were not lacking in the slightest.
She was perfect. Her service was above and beyond and she went out of her way to surprise us on the wedding day and make it special. She is so creative, and unlike some vendors or photographers whose work all looks the same, you can tell she designs everything to the bride’s preference and style. I can’t say enough good things about her work and how much I like her as a person. I tell everyone, including my soon-to-be sister-in-law, they have to choose her!
